AUTHENTIC CATTLE WRANGLER — Diego Mendoza has spent about 40 years tending Cows, riding horses and roping in the Lower Valley. Mendoza suffered a broken shoulder, five broken ribs and punctured lung as an unruly cow hooked him and the herd trampled the cowboy in a November accident.
