New taxes unnecessary

Economists say Washington state will have more tax revenue next year than was expected, more than has ever before been generated.

In spite of that, many of the Democrats who control both houses of the Legislature and the governor’s office are planning to impose a new capital gains tax next year, essentially an income tax.

How much is enough?

To many Democrats, there will never be enough. There will never be enough money for all of the government programs they want. That’s why we need to elect Republicans to represent us in Olympia and protect our pocketbooks.

Please join me in supporting the Yakima Valley’s Republican team of legislators, including Jeremie Dufault from the 15th District.
