Two to oversee community affairs

— Pacific Power has promoted two experienced regional business managers to lead the seasoned group of professionals who work closely with customers, local governments and major accounts the company serves in Oregon, Washington and California.

Cheryl Carter and Alan Meyer are both promoted to director, customer and community affairs.

Carter will lead the regional business managers serving Washington and central and northern Oregon.

Reporting to her will be Bill Clemens of Walla Walla who covered the Southeastern Washington and Lori Froehlich of Yakima, who covered the Yakima Valley.

Also working with her will be Matt Chancellor of Bend, Ore., Alisa Dunlap of Astoria Sheila Holden of Portland, Ore., Diana Knous also of Portland, and Lori Wyman of Pendleton, Ore.

Meyer will lead the regional business managers serving the Mid-Willamette Valley, southern Oregon and California.

Carter and Meyer are replacing Jim Gossett, who served the company for 38 years and retired in early 2018.

With Cheryl and Alan and their experienced, committed teams in place, we will continue to foster growth for the customers and communities we serve,” he said.

Both Carter and Meyer will report to Bolton.
