Come see ‘Alice’ Friday

— The fanciful story of “Alice in Wonderland” is coming to the Sunnyside High School stage Friday night for the first of five performances Friday night at 7 p.m., at the high school auditorium, 1801 E. Edison Ave. A Saturday matinee will be held at 2 p.m.

This musical directed by Dan Thomas, the second of the high school drama club’s season, includes the Grizzly Dance team under the direction of Rosie Moran.

The combined cast brings the classic Lewis Carroll tale to life with a touch of modern dance and contemporary music.

The show will also be presented Dec. 20,21 and 22 all at 7 p.m.

The part of Alice has been doubled cast with Emily Walker performing Dec 14 and 21, and Sarah Waywell performing on Dec. 15, 20 and 22.
