Outlook man hurt in crash

— A man from Outlook was injured Thursday about three miles west of here when the vehicle he was driving crashed a milepost 9 on state Highway 22.

The crash occurred at near 10:17 p.m., the Washington State Patrol reported. Neither drugs nor alcohol was a factor, according the attending Trooper, D. Munoz.

Injured was Max Cuevas, 20. He was not wearing a proper safety restraint, the Patrol said. Injured, he was taken by ambulance to Sunnyside Community Hospital.

Cuevas was driving a red 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe 4-door. Totaled, it was impounded Hooked Up Towing.
