OUTLOOK A 31-year-old Toppenish man faces possession of cocaine, driving under the influence and third-degree driving while license suspended charges after a Saturday arrest.
Isaac Rodriguez Hernandez was arrested by the Washington State Patrol at First Avenue and Yakima Valley Highway.
His preliminary hearing was yesterday in Yakima County Superior Court.
A trooper witnessed Hernandez weaving on the roadway, records show. He conducted a traffic stop and detected signs Hernandez was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A field sobriety test was conducted and Hernandez’s blood-alcohol level was detected at .171, records show.
He was arrested and found to be in possession of five small baggies of what later tested positive as cocaine, records show.
