Domingo Ramirez III, 32, of Fernley, Nev. and a former Grandview resident died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, in a car accident near Reno, Nev.

He was born Feb. 12, 1972 in Prosser. He was raised in Grandview, and was living in Fernley,

where he worked as a fabricator for Kenebec, Inc.

He is survived by his parents, Domingo Ramirez Jr. and Esperanza (Partida) Ramirez, his maternal grandparents, Juan and Maria Partida; sister, Barbara (Ramirez) and husband, Frank Vargas; one niece, Lauren Celestina Vargas; his fiancé, Tiefa K. Lee; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by one sister, Alessandra Celestina Ramirez; one brother, Omar Joel Ramirez; and his paternal grandparents, Domingo Ramirez Sr. and Elida Ramirez.

Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, from 3 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home, Grandview. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Grandview. Burial will be held at Grandview Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Grandview.
